Monday we headed to Ohio for a family funeral. Jared's Uncle Jerry passed away Friday after a courageous battle with cancer for four years. It was very emotional and we are so thankful we were able to go up to pay our last respects and support the family.
It was a fast trip...left Monday at 9am and got home Tuesday at 8pm. Needless to say it was a tough trip for Jayne but she was such a trooper. We've been traveling with her since she was a few weeks old and I definitely think that helped. She only fussed when she had a dirty diaper...she played, napped, ate in the car. And her sleeping schedule didn't change too much at all which I'm thankful for! I'm so proud of her! But I promised her we wouldn't do a trip like that for awhile ;)
Below are some pictures we took last week...Jayne is so close to rolling over. Basically she is just lazy....she can do it but chooses not to! She is also standing, holding onto something, very well and of course bouncing *all*the*time. Who knows, she may just skip the crawling stage!

Love the picture of Phyllis and Jerry! I am so glad you made the trip....it was the right thing to do. Some young couples might have used the excuse of a young baby to not go! I am proud of you and Jared and the choices you make in life!
