So, I tried out another meal yesterday. I love cookbooks that show pictures of each item and found a really good one at Costco last year. It is all for slow cooker meals and I made the Caribbean Jerk Chicken yesterday. It was so yummy! I wasn't sure how it would taste since I was using ingredients I hadn't cooked with before and the seasonings smelled really strong...but it was very good. Jared loved it and I would probably tone down on the seasoning next time, but we would definitely make it again!
Also, totally random but for all you moms out there who breastfeed and/or pump and don't already have this...you should get the First Years Milk Storage set. It smashes the freezer bags down to maximize space which is really nice b/c unless you have a separate deep freezer, there isn't a ton of room in ANY normal freezer! And I found a plastic three slot divider at Target (organization/sewing/ironing isles) that fits perfectly in our freezer and helps keep the milk organized by date and maximizes space! Gotta love it!
