Oh boy...as Little Miss gets faster and faster...I get more tired! She is such an active little thing and keeping me on my toes. But I wouldn't have it any other way =) Here are some new picts of our sweet girl.

(Mom that is the jean jacket you gave her...she found it in her closet and tried to put it on by herself...it was so cute!!)

Jayne is soo funny these days and makes us laugh constantly. For example she loves playing in our cats water dish. Well tonight she was putting paper in it...I took it away. Next thing I know she has her little pink plush elephant and is walking towards the water dish. I see where this is going in my head but can't get to her fast enough and *plop*... in goes pink elephant. She then looks at us and grins. Jared & I were dying laughing!

Jayne can correctly identify her head, eyes, ears, nose, mouth, knees, feet, hands, belly and belly button when asked. She also does sounds for "what does a____ do?" She does kitty, puppy, cow, ducky, froggy, bee, fishy, and fan. Yes, a Fan...my mom taught her that one...she makes a circling motion with her finger and goes "whoo whoo" for the fan sound. It is so funny! She is also beginning to like books again, not necessarily when we read them to her, but she will get books and sit on the floor by herself "reading". If I try to read to her she walks away. One day I hope she has my love for reading and being read to!

We are going to be very busy for the next month. We are flying to see Grandpa Jim, Grandma Linda & Aunt Alissa on Labor Day weekend...Grandma Jeanee is coming one weekend to see us...then Jayne & I are flying to Ohio to stay with Grandma Marilyn and Grandpa Jeff for a week. Whew, Jayne is becoming quite the little traveler. I figure we better get this out of our system now before the next little one arrives and we don't go anywhere for awhile ;) But, I'm also bummed I can't make it out to see Justin, Sarah and Lily yet...Jared's got to rack up so more frequent flyer points (in a hurry seeing as I can only travel for a couple more months!!) It kills me that I can't get my hands on my sweet little niece yet =( J & S...give her lots of kisses for me!!
