For about 3 months I've been teaching Jayne sign language. She uses "more" and "all done" regularly. I am trying to be better about using signs consistently and although it was my foreign language in college, I don't remember a ton of basic signs. So last week I bought a book of signs and showed Jayne "please" once. Never mentioned or showed it to her again. Today she pointed to her cup and I said "say please" and she signed it. WHAT??? I showed it to her once! I didn't believe she was actually signing it so I asked her again and again and again and she did it every time. I am so proud!
