O-H...Today was a good day. My mom keeps telling me that the good days and bad days will mix...I try not to believe her but *sigh* she is always right (unless she's telling me not to buy something, then she's usually wrong!!!).
Dad...these are for you since you love the headbands (being sarcastic...my dad hates when I put these on her!)
And Jayne usually agrees with him!Jayne had a good two hour nap this morning, but of course struggled with her afternoon nap. She slept on and off from 12-2pm. I had to go in a couple times to burp and/or rock her, but for the most part I tried to let her cry it out. After the first hour she would wake up about every 15-20 minutes...let out her "tired" cry and fall back asleep. Crazy little munchkin!!! After her 3pm feeding we went to Target and the grocery store and she was an angel. She even slept in her swing for 30 minutes so I could try out my newest dinner...crabcakes from scratch. They were definitely missing some seasoning but all in all pretty good for my first attempt. When I was at the store looking for ingredients, I saw that you could buy individual crabcakes in the seafood area for $3.50 which is probably way cheaper than what I had to buy....but not nearly as fun!!!
