Sleep

Jayne slept 12 hours straight last night. That's right people....12 hours straight! We could get used to this =)
Of course I slept fitfully...waking up every couple hours to make sure I didn't hear her, etc. But that's okay b/c at least now we know she can go 12 hours in a row. We'll see if she can keep it up. 7pm to 7am gives Jared & I a lot of time to get stuff done around the house, quiet time with each other and of course time to get peaceful sleep! Not that Jayne was doing bad sleeping before...it was just that either I fed her early before I turned in or set my alarm to wake her at 11pm for a final feeding. And of course I called the doctor today in a panic making sure it was okay to let our *almost* 3 1/2 month old sleep that long without eating. Nurse Pat said that as long as she was still eating well during the day and having poopy/wet diapers she was fine and we were *lucky*. Plus Jayne goes in for her 4 mo check up in a few weeks so if shes not getting enough during the day it will show then. My fingers are crossed that she will continue to sleep this well at night b/c she sure as heck doesn't sleep during the day!

And I apologize now...I forgot my camera yesterday when we went to the festival so no new picts yet. However I took a pict of Jayne with one of her new hair bows we bought her at the festival. And I'm going to the craft store today b/c I think I can make these for much cheaper than people charge for them. Yowza!!! I saw a lot of good ideas at the festival for things I could make and possibly try to sell on my own so we'll see how that goes...just need to get a good sewing machine. Any one have any suggestions on a good model? I know nothing about sewing machines =) Anyhoo...babes asleep and I'm going to try and get a little nap in myself!
